Johan Viljoen, a MSc Earth Science student from Stellenbosch University spent some time on the SA Agulhas II during the recent relief voyage to Antarctica. He wrote a blog for a research group in his department about his experiences on the recent SANAE 56 trip. It’s a great piece that shows how life on the ship and Antarctica can be. Have a look at his blog here.
