Keen to work in Antarctica and you have an electronics engineering background? Then apply to work as part of the Australian Antarctic Program Partnership at the Institute of Marine and Antarctic Studies in Hobart, Tasmania.

The role will involve providing professional engineering knowledge and skills to the AAPP ice shelves project and would suit a technically resourceful engineer with good hardware and software skills. You would work alongside the AAPP science team to maintain existing geophysical instrumentation, design new systems for power and telemetry, and assist in installing and maintaining equipment in remote and challenging field locations.
